Finishing Well
What Others Are Saying
Dave Lyle changed my life!  Through
his incredible approach to coaching,
he gave me the tools, encouragement
and guidance I needed to explore the
passion of who God created me
to be.  He helped me discover the
direction that would best enable
me to give full expression to be the
person I really am, to the glory
of God.

As leaders grow closer to the
end of their vocation or ministry,
they begin to ask themselves
questions about legacy.  "What
will I leave behind?"  "What is my
unique contribution?"  "Did I really
make a difference?"  "Will anyone
care, or notice?"

The collision of 'being' and 'doing' - making your ultimate contribution

Most leaders fully understand the call to move into life vocation
or ministry from a sense of passion and fulfillment.  As we move
into our 40's and early 50's we begin to move into the crossroads
of ministry or vocation.

The crossroads phase asks such questions as >>>>>

^^  Should I move forward in a refined way towards the way God has shaped me?
^^  What would that look like?
^^  What are the consequences of moving toward or staying where I am?
^^  How could I ever do it?
The result for many leaders who are unwilling to process the answers
to these questions is plateau.  Plateau leaves the leader at the point
where it is easier to hunker down and ride out the storm and decide
when and if they have the courage to go on.
^^ is about clarifying your life
    calling and legacy
^^ is about discovering your
    major role...what you do
^^ is about deepening your
    intimacy with Christ
^^ is about creating an
    intentional plan to live out
    your kingdom contribution
